p12 panel 3 "Glooom" I think we're moving in the wrong direction on this one a little bit. The size variations in the letters are too significant, and the downward shape of it feels too purposeful. The way I see the original is that she fairly normally wrote すとーん, but it's clearly freehand and imprecise, so you get a bit of messiness and unevenness in the letters and line. It's hard to describe what I'm picturing exactly. If we have the word "g l o o o o o o o o o o o o m", what I think should be done to replicate the original is to put each individual letter on its own layer, then rotate some of the o's, but no more than like 5-10 degrees left or right. Just enough to give some variation, not all of them need to be rotated. Similarly, move some of them up and down a few pixels from the original. Again, just enough to get rid of the very dry, typed look we had in v1. p14 panel 4 "For real!?" Just move this a bit to the right, so it's not so close to her eye. p15 panel 1 "From before they were going out." I think it'd be nice if this were in a handwritten font like the original. KG fonts spring to mind, like Drops of Jupiter, Piece by Piece, etc., so just choose whatever you like. I don't think this is super important, but the original being handwritten does lend to the personal, rough around the edges feel of the work, if that makes sense. p17 panel 4 "I'm glad actually" missing punctuation.
